Filming of philosophic novels
It is not a wonder that such a brilliant works as philosophic novels of different authors are the eternal works, and no matter how old those are, those are still popular and people read those, and people are interested at those, and people are admired with those. So, the film industry couldn't remain ignorant towards such a precious sources.
There are a lot of philosophic novels that were filmed. But it is not it, a number of those novels were filmed more than one, two or even three times. Those were filmed by different people at different times for different generations. And the filming of philosophic novels is another way to make those eternal and immortal.
First of all let's say about filming of "The Time Machine" of Herbert George Wells. This philosophic novel was filmed for several times and different ages and by different people. Though, the last one filming was performed with the help of H.G. Wels's grandson. He did his best in order to perform it perfectly, and he did from the point of view of visualization. But there is a few left from the philosophy of novel.
And there is another famous filming of philosophic novel; it is filming of "Contact" by Carl Sagan. Unlike the filming we described above it is the successful one. Director managed not to lose the core of the novel and the philosophic idea of loneliness is revealed greatly in the filming of the novel. That is a rare occasion for filming of philosophic novel.
